Kindnotes is a handcrafted digital card: you write a note, pick a design, and send one link that opens on their phone. Everything below is the plain version; the Terms and the Privacy page are the fine print.

- What is a Kindnotes card?
- A digital card you write in about two minutes and send as one link. The person you send it to opens it on their phone and it reveals itself as they scroll: an envelope unseals and the letter rises out, a polaroid develops and flips to your note, a locket opens to a photograph and a folded letter. Every design was drawn and animated by hand.
- How do they open it?
- They tap the link you send them, in a message or an email, and scroll. It opens in any phone browser, including the one inside Instagram and TikTok. No app, no account, nothing to download.
- How much does it cost?
- $9.79 for one card. No subscription, no account, no credit packs. Edits after sending are free.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You write the card, pay, and get two links: theirs to open and yours to edit. Your receipt carries both.
- How long does the link last?
- It keeps working. The card is meant to be kept: at the end they can save it as an image, share it, or add it to their Home Screen.
- Can I change the card after I send it?
- Yes. Your edit link opens the same card; the note and the look can change, and the changes go live on the link they already have.
- Can I add a photo?
- The polaroid and the locket take a photograph from your phone. It is resized on the way up and only someone with the card's link can see it.
- Can I add a voice note?
- Yes, up to a minute, recorded on the note step. They play it at the end of the card.
- Will I know when they open it?
- If you ask to be, you get one email the first time the card is opened.
- Can I write a long letter?
- Yes. The writing fits itself to the paper; past a point the paper grows and the card reads it full screen when they tap.
- Which handwriting can I use?
- Five hands, from a rounded print to a quick cursive. The letter is measured in the hand you pick, so it never re-wraps on their phone.
- What if something goes wrong?
- Write to us. All sales are final, and if something breaks on our side we fix it or credit you a card.
- Is it private?
- The card lives at a long, random link that only the people you send it to have. Your email isn't part of the card. The full details are on the Privacy page.
