A Christmas card that arrives on time
Kindnotes is a Christmas card you write in two minutes and send as one link, so it arrives on the day you meant it to. They open it on their phone: the envelope unseals, the letter rises out, the ink darkens line by line. No shipping, no app, no account.
Christmas cards are mailed in the first week of December so they can sit on a shelf. Then the week before, the ones you forgot. This is the card for both: the Midnight look for the shelf, the same two minutes for the one you remembered at 11pm on the 24th.
It is one card for one person, not a list. The people who matter get a note that is only theirs.
The design for it

How it works
1. Pick the design
The envelope, the polaroid or the locket. Each one is drawn and animated by hand.
2. Write the note
It sets itself in a handwriting hand and fits the paper. A photo and a voice note if you like.
3. Send one link
It opens on any phone, no app and no account. You keep an edit link; changes go live on theirs.

Questions
- Can I send one to the whole family?
- Each card is written to one person. Send one each; the note is the point, and it should be theirs.
- Can I schedule it for Christmas morning?
- Not yet. Send it on the evening of the 24th and ask them to open it in the morning, or send it when you wake.
- Will it still be there in January?
- Yes. The link lasts, and they can save it as an image or add it to their Home Screen.
